Review HP Mini 5103 Netbook

Business Class. HP refreshes the Mini 5103 and installs the lates

Solid case and design; Generous island style keyboard; Touchscreen with multi-touch; Good application performance; Fast hard disk (HDD); Integrated UMTS module; Variety of configurations and models; Convincing battery life

Poor connectivity; No docking port; Poor scope of delivery; Warranty of only 12 months ex-factory; Smooth touchpad; Permanently running fan

Small netbooks or subnotebooks with business qualities. Among others the immediate opponent, Asus Eee PC 1016P with an aluminum case and Intel N455, Dell's Inspiron Mini 1018, Lenovo's ThinkPad Edge 11 with strong hardware in a similar price range or...

HP Mini 5103 Review

The HP Mini 5103 is still a solid business netbook with one of the best included software offerings in its class. Its relatively high price tag (starting at $542, $668 as configured) will deter those looking for an inexpensive netbook, but its...

Good keyboard, Robust multimedia performance, Excellent SMB software and security package

Doesn't last as long as predecessor, Expensive, Small touchpad, Narrow viewing angles, Middling performance scores

HP Mini 5103

The HP Mini 5103 is a corporate-oriented netbook that does just about everything right: It has a plethora of business and security features, an excellent keyboard and touchpad, and a touchscreen. However, performance is mundane, and a larger display...

Great battery life ; Good performance and ergonomics

Smallish display ; Pricey

Great security features and excellent video performance highlight this corporate netbook--but the display's too small.

HP Mini 5103 Multitouch Review

The new HP Mini 5103 is an update to the previous 5102 netbook, adding the newest dual-core Intel Atom N455 to the spec-sheet. This 10.1-inch netbook can be configured with an optional multi-touch display and has a starting price of $399.99. Check out...

Dual-core N550 improves system responsiveness ; High resolution screen ; Good battery life

Non-multitouch touchpad ; Touchscreen could cause problems with small buttons

HP Mini 5103

The HP Mini 5103 is the most tricked out netbook money can buy, but it doesn't come cheap.

Dual-core Atom. Sweet 1,366 by 768 resolution. Speedy hard drive. Touch screen is finger friendly. Sleek aesthetic. Big battery. 2GB of RAM.

Expensive once you pile on all these features. No HDMI port with HD decoder card.

HP Mini 5103 with dual-core Atom N550 performance review

We realize keeping up with HP's model numbers can be as hard as keeping tabs on say, Lindsay Lohan's run-ins with the law, but the 5103 is notable in one

Faster dual-core Atom N550 processor ; Same great, solid chassis as the Mini 5102 ; Broadcom chip adds 1080p playback

Not as fast as AMD and NVIDIA Ion netbooks ; Shorter battery life than the 5102 ; More expensive than the competition

HP Mini 5103 review – the versatile business netbook we'd all love having

I've been dying to see the HP Mini 5103 in action for months. However, it was not available in my country and only last week I managed to grab it and give it a spin. In this post I'm going to review...

Now, the HP Mini 5103 is definitely one of the most impressive 10 inch netbooks on the market. In terms of build quality and style manages to score high marks, as well as in terms of versatility, being perhaps the most configurable 10 incher available...

HP Mini 5103 Review and Ratings

This sleek Mini has a dual-core Atom processor, gorgeous aesthetics, and arguably the best netbook keyboard yet. But a poorly implemented touch screen, a high price, and the lack of discrete graphics hold it back.

Ultra-durable ; Excellent keyboard ; Good looks ; Long battery life

Poor screen ; No discrete graphics ; Spotty CPU performance ; Expensive ; No bundled touch software beyond Windows Touch Pack

HP Mini 5103 dual core netbook review

It has a small form factor and promising battery life

The processor is only single-core

The 5103 delivers solid performance and is super portable.
