will not charge when plugged in. i have to take the battery out then replug it before it will charge. h,p, is no help at all they cant speak english and say they have never heard of this they say they will research it and call back but they never do

This is my 1st HP after a string of some 6 or so Dell computers and I love it! It is light, fast, quiet and does everything I need and more. Battery life seems to be good but I haven't really put that through a real test yet as I am normally plugged in.

this was a graduation present for our son from highschool. He seems to love it and it is doing everything that he wanted it to do...this is his first laptop so maybe later he'll need somthing else. One of the letters did pop off after only having it...

this laptop is nice looking, easy to use, has plenty of room and lots of nice features built in. my only suggestion would be not to have it come with norton antivirus installed as that program slows down with ur machine and doesn't like being uninstalled.

The Screen Resolution is not 1920x1080. Although it is 2.5 processor speed it does have Turbo Boost tech to bring it up to 3.10. 6GB of ram is great for a laptop and for a couple hundred more dollars you can max it out at 16GB which is very good...

This pc packs all the power you need to do most everything. I bought as a 2nd pc for home and I love it.
