I thing Tigerdirect sent me a refurbished machine. Bad Packing, etc. I won't buy anything from them, ever. The laptop is great.

Good laptop...... hardware reliability issue?

I bought this laptop 2 months ago and found that it has had no problem processing whatever I throw at it. However, the DVD drive has now stopped working unless I physicaly hold it firmly shut, not good. I wonder if this is a common fault????
