The warranty came the same day I received the new Laptop. From what I read, the warranty looks great...but of course it's hard to comment on something that you haven't had to use! I'm glad that I have this 2 yr warranty, it gives me a sense of security...

I bought it new from Best Buy and my HP pavillion broke one by one....first the laptop hung after the first boot ever. Then I lost the USB ports in a few months...then I lost the SD card slot in next couple days....then I lost the DVD drive in further...
