Only cons are that on my laptop the latching mechanism is broken on both sides and the back of the screen is missing the top trim piece.

for a reason - I am on laptop number 5 and it is faulty. The devices are in terrible shape and the touchscreens have failed on each and every one of them. I can't even get an RMA on them in a timely fashion. Stay away

I love the write up on the machine. It looks like it will be very useful for what I need. I plan to use it when I do on site computer repair work. To look things up, console in to Cisco gear and to have the user digitally sign paperwork.

The unit arrived with only half of it's power cord (The cable from the wall to the converter box was missing). The stylus did not work because it's battery was dead and corroded inside the pen. And the touchscreen would fail after the computer got hot...

good package of hardware and has win 7 pro which can be immediately upgraded to win 10

the unit i received was pretty beat up. it looked rough. the touch pad did not work and so i had to return it right away. I haven't gotten my replacement yet
