Review Dell Latitude E6510 Notebook

Business-Allrounder. With the E6510, Dell offers a reworked 15.6 incher intended for professional office duties. Depending on one's demands, the machine comes with various hardware configurations; for instance also with an independent graphic card and...

Dell Latitude E6510 Review

The Latitude E6510 offers a lot of performance in an attractive business-friendly package, with a gorgeous bright screen and amazing low-light webcam. However, the $1854 configuration we reviewed is not a particularly good value, particularly when...

Attractive, sturdy design, Beautiful high-res screen, Strong Core i7 performance, Fantastic webcam

Expensive, Oversensitive pointing stick, Small hard drive

Dell Latitude E6510 review

The 15.6-inch Dell Latitude E6510 laptop is big and bulky, and its keyboard could be better. But our configuration still impressed with its blistering performance and good security features.

Impressive 1080p screen ; Fast performance ; Great security features

Large and heavy ; Keyboard could be better

The Dell Latitude E6510 certainly won't win any awards for design, but it offers seriously impressive performance and some great security features, as well as an excellent screen. Only its sheer bulk and below-par keyboard let the side down.

Desktop performance, SSD storage, a Full HD display and numerous security and support options, but the E6510 is let down by its spongy keyboard and wayward trackpad

Product brief: Dell Latitude E6510 review

Unlike the other workstation laptops tested this month, the Dell Latitude E6510 isn't primarily about raw power. Its Nvidia NVS 3100M graphics chip is less concerned with accelerating complex rendering tasks, more with powering multiple displays with...

Taking the Dell as it is, it’s just a little too expensive; however make some custom choices in a few key areas, and you have a viable alternative to the competition’s high-end business offerings.

Solid laptop for the cost

No Bluetooth but would recommend anyways.

Intel i-series chip ; SSD ; Win 7 Pro ; Perfect for a basic home/business user. Ordered 2 and one came with an i5 chip and the other was an i7

No bluetooth. One screen was a bit dimmer than the other and had some visible refresh shake but a driver update and screen adjustments alleviated the problem

Great Buy!

The box that the laptop was shipped in was to small in height, which is why the cardboard suspension could not be installed correctly. The system worked, but this is a request to Joy (the refurb company) to get the right size box for the cardboard...

The laptop worked great... it is the BEST condition refurb I have EVER seen.... I build about 10 per year for customers. I installed a backlit keyboard on it and got all the software installed. If I had to guess about this laptop, I would swear that it...

When I received it, the box had overwhelming evidence of being dropped or had a heavy load stacked on top of it! It was really smashed in. The UPS guy noted that the box was damaged, for a possible claim. In removing the laptop, the laptop mount...

Notebooks came in good packaging. Not even a scratch on the bodies. For being refurbished, these are in excellent shape ; Bags that came with them were nothing special, but it was nice they came with them ; Windows 7 Pro Factory image was on them, as...
