Really neat and light but feels good quality. Easy to use. Screen good size for work or browsing the internet.

The dummy drive-I spent days trying to find the drive before I re-checked the specification and realised the laptop didn't have one even though it appeared to in the store.

My grandson uses it more than me but he said it's top notch.

Easy to set up and make a start at removing bloatware. Screen has good vibrant colours and a reasonable viewing angle. Decent hard drive capacity at 2 tb and not having storage anxiety with a SSD. I5 processor gives it a bit of whizz.

Not having an optical drive. But usb dvd drives are quite cheap. Not having an alternative to Windows 10. Been nice to have had a Linux option for same price. But I can do this myself when I get fed up with W10.

Lightweight

First product the keyboard didn't work after a day. I returned this and the second kept shutting down and the keypad would stick.

no disk drive, bad battery, not what I expected, not as fast as it says it is. generally bad design.
