Review Lenovo IdeaPad Z370 Subnotebook

"Top" designer. Lenovo supplies a 13 inch subnotebook with the latest second generation Intel Core processors with the IdeaPad Z370. In addition to the hardware, a lot of effort has especially been invested in looks. For example, the notebook has a...

Design, Workmanship, Good keyboard, Various colors available, Good battery runtimes, Good temperature rates, We like the attractively designed display lid with 3D effect and the pleasant keyboard that has been installed in the IdeaPad Z370

Performance is cutback in full load operation, No USB 3.0, Mediocre display, The latest USB 3.0 port would have looked good on the IdeaPad Z370 and have made it complete

Lenovo IdeaPad Z370 review: Lenovo IdeaPad Z370

If $500 is a perfect price, then 13 inches is the perfect size for the ideal home-and-travel laptop. The Lenovo IdeaPad Z370 covers all the basic territory you'd expect, including a Core i5 processor, 500GB hard drive, and 4GB of RAM. Most importantly,...

The Lenovo IdeaPad Z370 has a lower price than laptops with similar processors and specs. Despite that, its design is a cut above competitors', with an excellent keyboard and surprising speakers.

The battery life is disappointing compared with recent 2011 laptops, and configuration options are limited.

As long as the price stays around $599, the Lenovo IdeaPad Z370 should be a strong consideration for anyone looking for a very good all-around 13-inch laptop, although it's hardly a showstopper.

Lenovo IdeaPad Z370 Review

The Lenovo IdeaPad Z370 is an all-purpose 13.3-inch budget-friendly laptop that's intriguing on the eyes and easy on the wallet. It comes in either a muted dark brown or a flashy aqua blue, both with a holographic matrix design on the lid and a stylish...

The Lenovo Z370 packs great performance in a small package with the latest Intel Core i5-2410M CPU with integrated Intel HD 3000 GPU. It’s not targeting business use, especially with its flashy design option in blue, but that doesn’t mean it can’t...

Lenovo IdeaPad Z370 Review

Lenovo's new 13.3-inch value notebook has a great-looking design, a comfortable keyboard and is easy to carry. Is this Intel Core i5-equipped laptop a worthy travel companion? We take an in-depth look.

Solid build quality ; Good keyboard and touchpad ; Five-hour battery life ; Good value

Glossy plastic smudges easily ; Slow hard drive

Lenovo IdeaPad Z370 Review

The $629 Lenovo IdeaPad Z370 offers solid overall performance, a fast boot time, and a vivid display wrapped in an eye-catching blue design. However, its poor endurance is a turnoff, expecially for a 13-inch system. While it's not as powerful, the HP...

Bold blue design, Strong overall performance, Fast boot time with included software, Anti-glare display

Below-average battery life, Undersized right Shift key, No USB 3.0 ports

Lenovo IdeaPad Z370

Powerful enough for productivity and movie watching, great keyboard and affordable price., Pro: Powerful enough for productivity and movie watching, great keyboard and affordable price

Front cover shows lots of fingerprints and hand grease, viewing angles are very limited from right and bottom

If you like the Lenovo IdeaPad Y570 but it's a bit too expensive or you don't need that much graphics power, then the IdeaPad Z370 is worth a look. It's equally capable for schoolwork, MS Office work, as well as playing music and movies. The only thing...

Lenovo IdeaPad Z370

What a difference a year makes. Last year when we looked at the Lenovo IdeaPad Z360, we found it “a solid all-purpose thin-and-light laptop for the masses.” So when its newer sibling, the Lenovo IdeaPad Z370, arrived at our doorstep, we anticipated...

Strong performance for the price ; Bright, sharp screen ; Bluetooth ; Attractive design ; Low price

Squishy keyboard ; No USB 3.0

Strong performance, an attractive design, and an impressive display make the IdeaPad Z370 an appealing, budget, thin-and-light laptop. But look elsewhere if you don’t like squishy keyboards.

Lenovo IdeaPad Z370

The Lenovo IdeaPad Z370 is a 13-inch ultraportable laptop that comes in a flashy blue color and the internals to back up its stylish looks. It's powered by an Intel Core i5 CPU, 4GB of RAM, which give it solid performance but lacking battery life.<p

Lenovo IdeaPad Z370 review

The Lenovo IdeaPad Z370's strong audio and modest price tag should appeal to multimedia fans who need a portable laptop.

Overall, the IdeaPad Z370 looks to be a very reasonable option if you're on a budget, don't have heavy-duty computing needs, and would like a notebook that does right by movies and music when you're not taking care of routine business or schoolwork.
