Lenovo IdeaPad Z560 Review

We measured the contrast ratio as 128:1 with a peak brightness of 222 nit. The backlight was more than adequate for viewing the display in bright indoor viewing conditions, but with the glossy surface, outdoor viewing isn't possible unless you find a...

Excellent keyboard and touchpad ; Stylish look and feel ; Very good build quality

So-so battery life ; Low screen contrast

For average daily use the system was more than capable and responded quickly to commands. Boot times could have been improved with a faster hard drive or SSD, but for a budget-oriented system it was pretty fast. The system had no trouble handling...

Lenovo IdeaPad Z560 0914-3YU

Bloatware is a scourge that can drive any laptop down, no matter how good its part. I'm of the mind that manufacturers should show consumers where to download applications, but shouldn't force it upon them right after the first start up. A few of the...

Inexpensive. Fast Core i5 processor. Numeric keypad. Doesn't look like a business laptop

Bloatware. Small battery

The Lenovo IdeaPad Z560 0914-3YU will hook you up with fast processing speeds and a vast screen for multitasking, but buyer beware of the bloatware.

Lenovo Ideapad Z560

The speaker system does an exceptionally good job of delivering volume and fidelity. Bass levels were decent, too. The Z560 has an HDMI port and a multimedia card reader, and the DVD burner is as standard as it gets on a laptop. Still, desktop...

Excellent keyboard and navigating experience. ExpressCard slot. Nice speaker system. Affordable. Spacious, 500GB hard drive

Dated look. No other color options. Only 3GB of RAM (every other laptop has 4GB)

The Lenovo IdeaPad Z560 is a good, fundamental laptop underneath its throwback, lackluster design.

Lenovo Z560 Review

The Lenovo Z560 is an new mainstream multimedia laptop aimed at the heart of the laptop market. It promises solid performance at a reasonable price, but there are numerous laptops that compete in this same class. Can the Z560 stand out from the crowd?

Cheap parts-bad customer service-worst repair service.

Hard drive died at 4 months. It took 5 calls to customer service to get it sent to repair. It was moving very slow, and they thought it was software. Reset to factory and it didnt help. Had to call back, they told me to reset it to factory AGAIN ......

Looked like a lot for the money. Lenovo was supposed to be a quality outfit

Cheap parts. Doesnt last

Great Experience

All I can say is WOW! I got this laptop while it was on sale from tigerdirect for $469.99. All I can say is I was expecting some sort of budget laptop for that price, but I ended up with something that feels like a Mac and runs Linux and Windows at...

EXCELLANT

Very fast exactly what i was expecting it plays most of my games perfectly

as with any laptop it has heating issues but believe it or not i propped it up on bottle caps and that has taken care of most of the problem

Inexpensive, on-time, and very fully functional

This computer was well within my unusually low budget, arrived on-time, and handles everything I've thrown at it very nicely. The stuff I've thrown at it so far has ranged from simple word processing under Office 2010 to running Oracle SQL Server and...
