Lenovo ThinkPad E520 review

The E520's relatively low weight and long battery life make it ideal for travellers, but its dull screen and lack of 3D power means that the E520's all work and no play

Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E520 review

Lenovo's ThinkPad Edge range of mid-range laptops might mainly target business customers, but that's no reason to write them off – the good-value E520 combines the power of Intel's Core i5 processor and a discrete 3D graphics chipset.

A great all-round laptop that works for both home and business – if you can look beyond the average screen, there’s plenty here for your money

Lenovo ThinkPad E520 review

We use Lenovo for a lot of our laptops and they perform very well, This laptop was no exception. We purchased this, took out the slow HDD and dropped in a SSD and this thing FLYS! Can't go wrong with this one!

Reliability, speed, price

Not so good

Buy something else.

Worked for four months

Died after four months, won't power on. Looking around the web I read stories about bad configuration memory. Wife not happy. Not worth the hassle to get "fixed", trash canned it after removing the hd and memory - no more Lenovo for me

Durable, Fast, Sleek

In a way, this is a lesser version of the Thinkpad T series, but it still offers all of the features and qualities that Thinkpads are known for.

After a solid month of tedious laptop searching (online and in stores), I came to the conclusion that this laptop is one of the best you can find right now in its price category. It has a large anti-glare screen, incredibly comfortable keyboard, well...

The delete key, for some reason or another, is the same size as the keys surrounding it. Basically, this means you'll have to look for it every time you want to press it ; The battery feels loose. It isn't lose, and I've had no connection problems, but...
