Review Lenovo Thinkpad Edge E535 Notebook

Trinity-ThinkPad. Lenovo expands the Thinkpad Edge series with another model that has AMD parts on the inside. Within the case of the Thinkpad Edge E535 is an APU from AMD's current Trinity-Generation. We test if the device is any good.

Three USB 3.0 ports, Good Keyboard, Always Quiet, Good battery life, The good input devices and the three USB 3.0 ports

Bad display, The turbo-CPU is not fully taken advantage of, CPU-Throttling when under full stress

It works just fine

I have been using AMD since 1999 and haven't missed intel at all...............this will handle most anything you throw at it........ENJOY

It works as I knew it would, prefer windows7 to windows8..........it plays guild wars2 just fine, a very graphic intensive program and it runs world community grid just fine

it is kind of small but hey it isn't really a con is it

Love it :)

I highly recommend this laptop. The quality is great, and the price is comparable to other laptops in the same ballpark.

I bought this laptop because I have a lenovo thinkpad at work and love it. This model is fast and quiet. I really love the keyboard. It feels substantial (other laptops I have used feel plastic-y). I own a small home business and use this computer for...

This may sounds weird, but the CTRL key is in a weird place for me. However, I am getting used to that. I also tried the fingerprint scan thing. It's a waste. Totally slow and reminds me of a clunky piece of hardware from the 90s

It is not an extreme gaming station, nor a basic cup tray. It is the perfect choice for a college student. With Windows Professional installed and better quality hardware, you get the performance and realibility needed to run your everyday apps with ease.

Excellent purchase. Great value for money & really good laptop

Mousepad layout gets some getting used to - but that is just being picky. I use a wireless mouse in the main anyway

Nice Machine with excellent back up service from Lenovo - wanted the 32 bit windows 7 due to special program restraints. Contacted Lenovo and got the Windows 7 pro down grade to 32 with no problem FREE except P&P. Machine nice and sturdy and will make...

Only thing to gripe about is that there is no hard drive light to show the machines hard drive is working. Has a red light over the 'i' in the Think logo but does not do anything. This could have been used for this purpose...
