Lenovo beefs up its ThinkPad L440 version 20AT004QGE with an HD+ screen and SSD. However, that does not turn it into an affordable high-end laptop for professionals. The contrast of 200:1 is lousy and the DeltaE color shifts are still much too high....

Pretty decent


Overall, it's a decent laptop for the price. It's pretty quick and it's not overwhelmingly heavy. The only thing that really bites is the sound quality. It comes preloaded with Dolby Advanced Audio which doesn't do much to improve the quality.

Nice laptop


Found this deal on newegg when looking for a new laptop. Appeared to have everything I wanted (4th gen i5, Thinkpad, good battery life). Also had all the bells and whistles (fingerprint reader, webcam). Its not a T series, but definitely an upgrade...
