Borderlands 2 Benchmarked

Guaranteed fun. What do you get when you mix role-playing and action components and garnish it with cel-shaded looks and a loose sense of humor? Right: Borderlands 2. We looked closer at the colorful, exotic blend and checked Unreal Engine 3's hardware...

Lenovo ThinkPad T430 2344

A solid performer, has built in mSATA slot for an SSD (great!) mine has the optional NVS graphics (useless) which does hurt battery life a bit. If size/weight is not an issue, go for the 9 cell batt. HD+ screen isn't that good, but once you get used to...

It is rock solid, like all other ThinkPads. It is configured with minimal bloatware from Lenovo. Very solid construction. We have deployed several of these this year. I will continue to buy these. We get great prices from CDW.

Overall good but the a little noisy

This is my second thinkpad laptop and my first one is an a SL400. Compared to my old Sl series, my T430 is more compact and delicate. But to my surprise, the fan has a not loud noise but which makes me feel quite unpleasant. I don't know how to deal...

Follow-Up Review

I am following up from my initial review from when I originally purchased my custom spec T430 from Lenovo. I am still very please with the laptop. My only complaints are that I feel that these newer generation T-Series are really lacking in the...

Thinkpad is Thinkpad. I've had about 4 generations now, and they've all been great quality, solid performers, and worth the price (thanks to their long life and lack of repair needs).

Reliable, solid machine. A few downsides

I've been using the T400 series (T420) for about a year now. Overall, fantastic computer: you get what you pay for. A little on the expensive side, but nothing will break on a Lenovo. My previous Lenovo lasted me 5 years, and I got it used from another...
