The new MacBook has a lot of MacBook Pro features but with Regular Joe pricing (well, Regular Joseph III Esquire, anyway). At the same time, however, Apple has dumped a few key components that even "non-Pro" people might miss.

Apple's new MacBook integrates a number of impressive features from the MacBook Pro line while maintaining a lower cost and valuable features aimed at regular users (as well as those new to the Mac ecosystem).

MacBook is terribly beautiful. I fell in love with it deeply from the first sight I saw it in my friend's room in May. While lack of money, I do not have it yet. I believe, next year, I will have it, come on!

Apple takes the MacBook upscale

Apple's new Macbook inherits some high-end perks from the Pro line

Apple has taken its most mainstream portable computer decidedly upscale with its latest refresh. Structurally, it should last for years, and it exudes a feeling of solidity every time you pick it up, turn it on and type on it. Not only does it offer...

I've had a 15 inch Macbook now for several years and wanted to write briefly about the experience, as generally it has been quite good. It is the second Macbook I've owned, and I also had my hands on a Powerbook for a while that was really super, but

With a faster processor and improved graphics, the MacBook gains a bit of a boost.

With its faster processor, improved graphics and longer battery life, the MacBook is an attractive option for budget-conscious laptop shoppers. Performance-wise, the MacBook isn’t much different from the 13in 2.4GHz Core 2 Duo MacBook Pro – the extra...

The white MacBook gets an upgrade - is it enough to justify the price rise?

Faster processor, larger capacity hard drive, only MacBook with FireWire 400, comparatively long battery life

No video adapters or Apple Remote in the box

If you’re in the market for an affordable Mac laptop, the white MacBook (now the only MacBook) is still a good bargain. Although its price increase is regrettable, the performance gains make it even faster. While an argument surrounding Apple’s overall...

MacBook 2.13GHz

It was something of a surprise when, earlier this month, Apple chose to abandon its relatively new aluminium MacBook range, leaving only this white MacBook alongside the MacBook Pro and Air ranges. When the white model was left in the range alongside...

If you don't need or value the niceties, or environmental friendliness, of the aluminium unibody MacBooks, this model is a much better deal than either of them

The long wait is over

We finally get our hands on a shiny new Macbook and come away suitably impressed with its design and performance.

Excellent new design ; multitasking is not a problem ; decent battery life ; big trackpad with touch-gesture support

Lacks VGA and DVI-out port ; screen is too glossy for outdoor use

Nevertheless, the new Macbook is worth considering as it manages to strike the right balance between power, looks and portability.
