Bad

 

Its all well and good to buy a MSI computer but if you need repair work (warranty) done to it, You'll regret the decision. I will never recommend a MSI to ANYONE until they hire a polite, english speaking customer service team

Great picture, speedy, nice sleek style of computer.

The MSI customer service is really bad! i will never buy a MSI computer again. My hard drive died and the one and only person at MSI warranty was rude and arrogant, he would not allow us to do business over the phone, he wanted it all done by email......
