Awesome Laptop...When it Works

 

If I had to go back and do it again, I probably would purchase a different laptop. When it works, this is a great computer for the price. Reliability, however, is suspect and certainly should not be such on a computer in this price range.

Great graphics, beautiful screen, runs games at max settings with good/great fps. The keyboard feels great and the speakers are amazing for a laptop

Screen is very nice; processor, video card and RAM are all awesome--this laptop is a beast. The SteelSeries keyboard is pretty, and the feel is very nice. Everything worked perfectly right out of the box. Windows experience rating 5.6 out of the box...

Tech support is great if you like to do it through email. Called customer support and tech support and left at least 8 messages. Recieved 1 call back 3 weeks later. Not sure how a company can make money if all they do is RMA everything.
