Powerhouse for the price.

Not perfect but if found now between 4-500 for unused/new definitely worth it.

Excellent laptop for the price. Paid around 6 with taxes a year ago when I bought it and only recently have I found another one similar in tech in a decent brand considering I won't buy an acer or gateway. This my first laptop and my first computer with W

It has locked up twice but in a year's time that is not too discouraging. Could use more built in usb ports. Not sure about the e-sata port initially found that it was a bit rare for companies to use this. Bluetooth like the A6000 would be nice as well bu

Great laptop, low price

Absolutely worth every penny. This laptop is a desktop replacement while I'm away from home and I can do everything and more than I could on my desktop! Well, I could use more USB ports but I can live with swapping USB drives.

3 USB ports, HDMI out, separate number pad, low price, good graphics

rough mouse pad, not-so-great battery life, 5400rpm drive only

Terminal Trash I will never buy anything MSI again

I bought two MSI laptops before and had no issue with either if them, so I never needed to contact customer support. Got my new s6000 home and out of the box Installed the battery and it felt a little loose. I did the obvious things like make sure it...

Decent price my other two are great

Customer Support Bites! And battery is loose and locks up constantly

MSI S6000 017US - LOVE IT!

Not even a flicker when I have a dozen or more programs open at the same time. Why would anyone want to revert to XP???

Intel Core i5 450M Processor (2.66 GHz) & Windows 7 (64-Bit) = A Multi-Tasking dream come true! In the 2 months I've had it, I have NOT seen a "Blue Screen" once

My only complaint, if you want to call it that, is that the Maximum RAM is 4GB

Good value here, as long as you like Windows 7.

First problem is what I think is a serious engineering blunder: There is NO button on the DVD tray to open it. This may sound hard to believe, but If you need to open the DVD and you if your [Microsoft] operating system is not up and running, you...

I like that the USB ports are on the left side, away from the action, but left-handers might disagree. Seems to be sturdy and well built. 500 gig hard drive is a plus. Most in this price range only have 320 gig drives

No "eject" button on DVD drawer. Iffy tech support

Love My MSI Laptop, very reasonable laptop..s

Bottom line is: Its my very first laptop. Great first experience. Love the keys and the durable surface, it tells me it is strong built. I'm a person that looks at the built of the machine. I am happy with every feature that came with this laptop.

I want it to tried a laptop that did not have a top brand name like Hp,etc. I search for months and settle for the MSI. It is very durable strong built, light. It has wind 7 64bit, iNTEL cORE i5-450M -HDef, 500GB nice graphic card, decent sound

If I want it to complaint then I guess I wish there was one more usb slot, an getting used to the touch pad , it seems to have a mind of its own. (touchy)
