Review MSI Wind U115 Hybrid Luxury Netbook

The Long-Distance Runner. The Wind U115 Luxury is a netbook alter

Good case quality; Good display, ideal for outdoor missions; WLAN draft-n; Extremely long runtimes; Quiet system noise; Low heat development; Complete configuration, except for UMTS

MSI Wind U115 Hybrid

The Wind is still one of the better 10-inch laptops in the mix, although due to its substandard trackpad and high price, we'd suggest the HP Mini 2140 or Asus Eee PC 1000HE would be a better choice.

Excellent keyboard, More efficient Atom processor, Good screen size, Relatively quiet, Hybrid storage offers the best of both worlds, No useless trial software

USB Ethernet implementation can be confusing, Sentelic touch pad falls short of other offerings

MSI Wind U115 Hybrid Review and Ratings

Though its stellar battery life will appeal to road warriors, the pricey, bulky MSI Wind U115 Hybrid suffers from a few debilitating flaws that are hard to overlook.

Runs at least 8 hours on a battery charge ; Comfortable keyboard and touch pad ; Runs Windows from energy-efficient solid-state drive (SSD)

Expensive ; Small SSD causes hassles with Windows ; Mediocre performance ; Jerky full-screen video

MSI Wind U115 Hybrid notebook - Pocket-lint

MSI Wind devices firmly take on the Asus Eee family of products, there's no two ways about it. With the Wind U115, the dual approach of an SSD and an

The Wind is impressive thanks to its long battery life and bright screen, but it's very expensive and cheaper netbooks have similar battery life.

MSI Wind U115 review

It has a very long battery life, 802.11n wireless networking (Ralink 1t2r), Intel GMA 500 graphics, and two storage devices: a solid-state drive and a conventional spinning hard drive. As far as netbooks go, the MSI Wind U115 is a very interesting...
