Love it

Overall despite the charger, this tablet is simply amazing and fast. It's no gaming computer, just keep that in mind.

Versatile, 64x, Windows based (I hear that with Windows 8 it's even more awesome), amazing for the price. Has an available adapter port for 4G capability. I changed out the small mSATA 32GB with a 128GB one easily and was able to install windows via...

The charger... It was too short until I spliced an extra 5 foot cable to it, but even then, the AC plug is as long and straight as a pinky finger and sticks out from the bottom of the device. It makes using a leather case or stand impossible (unless...

Understand Your Purchase

Folks, please understand what you buy before you buy it. There are a lot of bad reviews on not just this product, but many others that are simply because the buyer wants it to be something other than it is - and other than what it clearly stated it is.

Fast, capable. Nice large screen. Put Windows 8 on there and it zooms. You can replace the hard drive with a faster 64 GB SSD and it also improves speed. Excellent for medical offices

None really

Caution

Caution: Website states that it has 32GB SSD. Be aware that this device uses mSATA (mini SATA) and not your typical SATA connection. Don't make the mistake I made ... I got the regular SATA SSD drive which will not fit in here. Newegg allowed me to...

4GB ; can load Win7/Win8 ; Some other user commented that 4 screws are required to remove the cover. There are actually 6 screws (2 in the back and 4 underneath). You will need a very small philips screwdriver to open the 2 screws in the back

32GB SSD

good stuff

replace the HD. A flash card isn't going to cut it - that is even more crazy slow than the HD that comes with the unit. Flash cards have a very limited read/write life too. Keep in mind that windows 8 won't "pin" screens with this res. I think it needs...

I agree with all the positive statements aleady said about the unit. It is good stuff. Run windows like you'd want. video plays nicely even if you scroll it around ; With a faster/larger SSD this unit zooms ; It is VERY easy to take the back off and...

REPLACE THE HD! :) It is to small, but that is not the main reason. The HD that comes with the unit is crazy slow. It felt slower than a 5400rpm HD. In windows 8 disk I/O is max the sec i did anything (they have a graph for it in win8) ; I replaced it...

SLOW!!!

Spend a little more on a good laptop, and let them work on these tablets a bit longer.

Tablet running windows 7

Very Slow! Remember its only 1 gig processor. Power cord is a slap in the face short, weak battery, Expensive

MSI Windpad

I had to buy this from another website because Newegg ran out of stock even tough I pre-ordered it 3 weeks before it came out, sorry Newegg. The guy that says there is no way to uncheck when you install the Bing bar is correct!! It is unbelievable but...

Very nice unit. Touch screen with Windows is better than everyone says it is. I love this unit but not MSI staff ; There is no Office 2010 full version like it said on the website just a trial. Now the website does not mention Office now. But not a big...

NO Recovery discs AND no way to make them!!??? I called tech support and they finally answered the phone, and said that there wont be one available until September, what?? Oh well ; MSI support needs more workers to answer the phones. It took a total...

Does Whatever I Want

This is exactly what I hoped for. I wanted a tablet that does anything and this is it. I didn't want a 10in cell phone or a iPad where I'd have to convert all my media, buy tons of apps, and not even be able to easily browse my network storage. This...

Four GBS of ram, a dual core, and ATI 6000 graphics are amazing for a netbook, live alone a tablet. The optical mouse helps with hard to click things. Windows touch support is way better then I thought and the O ring helps alot. Runs everything I want...

A little heavier then I was expecting, but not too heavy. 32GB SSD only has 10GBs free even after a cleaning out the OS (thought this model is easily upgradable). Runs somewhat hot. The fan kicks in now and then and the vent area is warm. Its Summer,...

Very nice machine

I was not sold on the tablet experience until I used this for the past 72 hours. AMD Fusion is the future for tablets.

AMD Fusion. discrete level graphics. You can even game on it. DirectX 11 support. Smooth experience ; 4gb ram ; upgraded to windows 7 professional in 10 minutes ; Runs office 2010 flawlessly ; The blackberry style optical "mouse" button. It makes...

LCD light seems a little inconsistent ; Was expecting a little more battery life, however I haven't tweaked it yet ; need more than 32gb ssd. get a 64gb sdxc card when you order this

Addition to my 1st review

For the price, and even a little bit higher which its at now, a great buy. Already snagged a 16GB kit of Corsair XMS3 RAM for 109 from newegg and it plugged it in. The system took it and booted up with no issues. So at a running total of 609, I am...

Adding to my original review

Unable to disable touch sensitive buttons ; Electrical tape does not work to cover these up either ; Touching screen takes the computer out of sleep. Power button would have been better since waking it up is really easy. The sleeve provided will make...
