Samsung 300U1A-A01

The Samsung 300U1A-A01 packs laptop performance into a netbook-size dimensions, perfect for students and people on the go, but it faces some tough competitors.

One of the lightest laptops in its class. Keyboard is small, but comfortable. Smooth multi-touchpad makes navigation easy.

Short battery life. Underutilized processor. Small hard drive.

Excellent machine

Bought this for my best friend and she is extremely happy with it. I spent about a week with it configuring it for her to use and it was a pleasure to use. I highly recommend this or other similar Samsung products.

Beautiful design ; Very light ; Bright screen ; Very responsive

Customer Favorite with SSD

just remember to upgrade with a 7mm drive. Had problems with the drives freezing until I completed all ssd and pc firmware and bios updates. After that all intermittent freezing problems were resolved. 1 stick of ram. no need to upgrade.

read prior review, great little laptop ; Works great with the ocz vertex 3 7mm ssd. Sold 4 to customers, some of whom were concerned about the size, but all ended up raving about it ; The anti glare screen and resolution is great, and with an ssd and...

1 of them came without the ac cable half of the power adapter. The brick part (important part) was still there ; 1 was missing a few rubber grommets ; The missing grommets are more upsetting than the ac adapter, as I sold one without grommets. The ac...

Samsung 300U1A-A01UK

Weight, design, speed, quality - it's just great value for such a neat laptop

Battery life could be better but the right power saving options & smart management can alleviate this issue

Samsung 300U1A-A01UK

Lightweight - Plenty of RAM - Quick enough for general tasks, browsing, office - iTunes - Watching Films

Pre Build was very slow - Reinstalled with win7 pro and runs a dream. No Optical drive, but who uses them these days

Samsung 300U1A-A01UK

Very slick design and well built. Excellent performance - much sharper than a standard netbook. Good graphics - well up to basic gaming.

Battery life is not brilliant - not as bad as some reports unless you are absolutely thrashing the machine.
