Not at all as advertised

Since I can't post any criticism of Newegg's service, I have no other thoughts to share at this time.

Wouldn't know

If I could give this 0 eggs I would. Or maybe 5 rotten eggs. The laptop is filthy dirty, it did not come with an operating system, the backlit keyboard does not work. This is NOT A Grade Samsung Recertified by ANY stretch of the imagination

Both two and both are duds

Would not recommend. Especially with the pro service if something is wrong. This is the first time I've ever had a problem with refurbished good. May need to go after a credit card chargeback.

Seems like a fast machine

One laptop didn't have the product key. Contacted newegg who then contacted manufacturer. It's been two weeks and I haven't heard a word ; The other laptop encounters an error everytime it boots up

Fragile

Bought this in a local tiger direct store Worked pretty good for awhile but then after 5 months i opened the laptop up and the casing on the screen broke. Now it's completely limp and has to be held up. poor quality, not worth the money paid.
