Samsung RV720 17in Core i3 notebook

Review Desktop replacement laptops are a genre of portable computer apparently intent on chuntering on forever without ever truly succeeding or dying. By nature, they tend not to be petite, and Samsung's RV720 is no exception.

Finally I think some manufacturers are listening when people moan about the black surrounds showing fingermarks. The solution is to simply remove the black, on this only the base and the keyboard area are the dreaded black.

Excellent laptop

Really impressed with this machine. The 17.3" screen is really clear and the "island" style keys easy to use. All the technical info is available elsewhere - suffice to say this is a great laptop and I'd highly recommend it.

speedy

What a superb laptop. My old one was so slow it was hard work. With 4 gig of ram you can find anything on the computer in seconds, and with 750 gig hard drive you must surely never fill it. Well done Samsung.
