Sony VAIO S review

Sony has cut down on the number of different laptop lines it offers , but you're still left with the Vaio E, S, T, and Z series. Of those, the Vaio S is probably the most universally useful, combining sharp, high-end design with powerful components, a...

Powerful, thin, and reasonably lightweight, the Sony Vaio S includes a quad-core CPU, a Blu-ray player, and a good package of preinstalled software.

This is still an expensive laptop that's caught in the middle, with other premium laptops outperforming it and less expensive ones catching up in terms of design. Also, the touch pad felt especially finicky.

The 15-inch Sony Vaio S does gaming, Blu-ray, and a lot more, all while keeping the design thin and light.

Keyboard a little too soft ; Lid too flexible ; Inaccurate clickpad

Sony Vaio S Review

All in all, we had a great time with the VAIO S13 despite the few bumps we encountered along the way. In our opinion these slight issues shouldn't eclipse the other good features of the laptop as those can be fixed with little bit of tweaking. However...

Sony Vaio S

The 2018 edition of the Vaio S 13.3” Ultrabook is a thoroughly modern laptop that weighs just 2.34 lb. and is slim and stylish yet it packs ports you'd usually find only on mobile workstations like Gigabit Ethernet and VGA. The magnesium alloy clad...

At Rs. 56,990, it’s not exactly great value for money as far as performance is concerned. It’s design like many of Sony’s other designs are catchy. As you plan on using it as a mobile workhorse, you’re bound to get better performance in the...

Sony VAIO S Series review

The Sony VAIO S Series may seem like a mediocre all-purpose laptop, and it is one. But it's also thin, light, and quite portable, and it sports Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Intel Wireless Display technology, and optional embedded mobile broadband. In other words,...
