As a previous Sony Vaio owner, it was a hard struggle to keep away from them after hours searching online and in stores I couldn't keep away from it's design. My previous one lasted 4 years and my only reason for replacing it was a broken screen...

Bought one from Amazon and arrived next day - good service. Very disappointed to find the DVD drive was broken. Was making some odd noises from the first time it was powered up, and wouldn't read any of my CDs. NOT IMPRESSED Sony... Cost me £11 to send...
