Not long lasting

I've had this laptop for less than a year and in that time the screen has turned completely black and it sporadically decideds when it would like to start up correctly (or read my hard drive at all). The battery always slips out so unless it's pluged...

awful

The memory was bad and made the system break up. I tried to recover the system with the recovery option but the partition was corrupted so I wasn't able to install. I called Sony support and they didn't help very much.
