Sony Vaio VGN-P19WN/Q review

Sony tries to give the netbook market an unneeded push upstream with its Vaio P Series

Nice design ; Good screen

Very poor performance ; A lot of software bloat ; Vista on an Atom

If the choice of OS was different then the score might be different. As it is, the P-Series is a bit of a let down considering its price and specifications

Good design i found the keyboard very easy to use. very light. took it to tenerife. It was perfect for me.

Battery life though good could be a lot better having the standard battery with 6 to 8 or more life would be a dream. with the extended around double that. my system came with vista. that was a bad move to power hungry and slow. but windows 7 is good....

Sony Vaio VGN-P19WN

The product is small but not too small, very light in weight which makes it very easy to carry around,as compared to say a 15 inch laptop. Keyboard size excellent with very positive keys. Styling very slick with a quality feel to it.

The one and only bad point is the speed of the thing - whether this is down to the Vista Business system being installed in it I do not know, but I do find that for the money I paid for the product and its performance in this respect, that I am very...
