I purchased the Sony because it was highly recommended by a Techie friend. I was very disappointed in the screen resolution and the sound, which even at the maximum was still very low. Sadly I will be sending it back.

I'm very pleased with my purchase. It's so light weight compared to my last laptop. Haven't had a Sony before, it's a good choice for me.

Spent 4 hours with Sony techs (did you reboot? Did you try another browser? did you try another movie?) trying to resolve why Netflix HD content stutters and falls out of synch. Just on this computer, and justd HD content. Can't fix it - back it goes.
