Cannot run the computer from mains ac power supply without insertion of the battery. No dedicated hardware button for volume up and volume down. Occasionally the scroll up/down and scroll left/right facility of the touch pad does not function properly

I have yet to find any and that is after nearly three months of use. Possibly the battery life but wouldn't we all like the power and speed this laptop has with hours and hours of battery life but maybe one day
