Very loud under load; No Nvidia Optimus; Unstable case at certain spots; High-pitched loudspeakers

The Quad SSD no longer appears to perform as well in practice (PCMark Vantage, PCMark05) as does the much cheaper Intel X25M SSD in the Aspire 4820TG.

High resolution screen. It's the only computer to offer full HD on a 13" screen. Excellent quality screen - high brightness, good colours and viewing angles, not too glossy. Extremely light for its size and power. Good selection of ports. Good battery...

Terrible speakers Fan is very noticeabkle in quiet surroundings and is always on.
