Great bang for buck

If you need higher volume than it can produce I recommend Breakaway audio enhancer. Its free to install and after 30 days you can pay for it continue to use it free but every 30 minutes it bypasses it and you have to press a button to turn it back on...

Looks and works New- If I didn't know it was refurbished I would have thought it was new ; Really fast- I took it out of the box and plugged it in. Windows loaded without a hitch. Inserted product key and it was good to go ; No Bloatware- I hate...

I looked at many reviews and cons that they listed I was expecting however I was pleasantly surprised and they were not issues. One mentioned the fan is loud. This laptop has been very quiet for me

Used laptop

There is a BIG difference between refurbished and used. This item was clearly used and I returned it. I'm not sure if I'll buy another "refurbished" product from this seller again. It looks like they just take a used laptop, put it in a brown box and...

The laptop's cosmetics appeared to be in shape. It didn't smell

Out of the box, the laptop would not post. I thought the battery could be dead. I let the battery charge for 2 hours and tried again. Nothing!! No mb error beeps, no video, and no lights. I would like to think that nobody would knowingly sell and ship...

Not as advertised

I asked for an RMA almost immediately upon finding the discrepancies. The Newegg help-desk-chat thing was easy to use and the rep was very helpful. I shipped it back this afternoon. Perhaps against my better judgement, I'm going to order another one...

It was in very good physical condition, apart from the shiny keys (as mentioned in other reviews - no biggy). After receiving the unit, I happily spent the morning installing updates and acquainting myself with the machine, until

Until after I ran the Windows Experience Index. The hard drive didn't really measure up to what my (ahem) experience has been with other SSD's, so I investigated further. Device Manager showed the unit to be, not the 128gb SSD advertised, but some...
