Toshiba Satellite A65-S126

 

At $999, the Toshiba Satellite A65-S126 is a budget laptop through and through. It's not without its virtues, however, featuring a nice 15-inch display, a decent 60GB hard drive, a DVD/CD-RW drive, and an integrated 802.11b/g wireless mini-PCI card.

Low price; big, 15-inch screen; 802.11b/g wireless.

Weak performance; very short battery life.

The Satellite A65-S126 offers some decent features at a rock-bottom cost, but you pay the price on performance and battery life.
