Not sure yet . . . hoping

very unhappy and very angry. Hoping that toshiba's repair is better than its quality control and customer service. Very unhappy with newegg's policy.

Awesome computer

For my daughter. Broke after two weeks. Had to reinstall everything. after two more weeks broke again. This time impossible to reinstall. Since we didn't save the box, newegg won't refund or replace. Nice. Having to deal with Toshiba. Waiting for box....

pretty decent

Overall I would say for the price it is a great buy. We were looking into a macbook but we decided to go with this toshiba satelitte because the specs were comporable and even better in some areas (graphics especially) while being several hundred...

SSD works well (boots up quickly, fast load screens, etc) Graphics look beautiful on the hd display Video card is real good for a laptop (been running SWTOR/League of Legends/Fallout NV on maximum settings) The backlit keys and num pad are great...

It can get a little hot on your lap but that's normal for a laptop. We used to have a macbook pro, so the quality of the case on this toshiba satellite is a little underwhelming considering what we are used to, but I wouldn't go so far as to say it...
