Monitor failed in less than 1 month


I'm sure hardware fails routinely, I did not expect that I wouldn't be able to get my files off (although I knew I should have backed up), but I do find it pretty frustrating that I have to pay to ship it to them.

Light for its size which doesn't really matter if you can't see anything
