The powerful Toshiba Satellite 5100 needs some muscle to lift, but the gorgeous 15-inch ultra hi-res display makes it worth the effort.

Fast; industry-leading features; SmartMedia and Secure Digital slots; great speakers; reasonable price

Short battery life; one-year warranty

Slick, fast, and relatively inexpensive, the Satellite 5105-S607 is a great entertainment center, but its warranty and battery life come up short.
