Toshiba Satellite M200 (Core 2 Duo 1.5GHz, 1GB RAM)

Toshiba's M200 feels great to use at a physical level, but doesn't really stand out against an oncoming slew of budget competitors.

Good keyboard response, Nice screen display, Embedded webcam, Volume wheel, rather than buttons

Average performance

Uebo M200 Media Player and WN823N Wireless Adapter Bundle Review

Today I am checking out the Uebo M200 Media player and WN823N wireless adapter bundle. This is a streaming media player that you can hook to your TV to view some internet content on your TV in the living room. If you are looking for a new streaming...

Easy to set up ; Wireless option for networking

USB port on the side leaves WiFi adapter sticking out ; Stuttering video streaming in testing

I had issues with wireless streaming performance in my testing that may or may not be an issue for you. The Uebo M200 did have good video quality and audio on the videos I watched and is very easy to use overall.

Toshiba Satellite M200

The laptop market today has become hyper-competitive, with increased performance levels available at prices unimaginable just a few years ago. This has lead to top-level manufacturers like Dell and Acer offering budget solutions that offer great VFM....

Keeping all this in mind, we have no hesitation recommending this product. While Acer and others do offer better features, if you want to look professional and tote a machine that does not look like a kid's toy, here's your answer.

Uebo M200 Bronze review

Uebo's M200 is larger and chunkier than most streaming media receivers, partly because it has a bay for a 3.5in SATA hard disk to store media on. The hard disk - which you can choose to buy with the streamer – fits on to a metal plate that unscrews...

Uebo's M200 works well but doesn't really stand out and the basic bundle is a bit expensive for something that doesn't come with a hard disk.

Toshiba Satellite M200 (Core 2 Duo 1.5GHz, 1GB RAM)

Toshiba's M200 feels great, but doesn't stand out against an oncoming slew of budget competitors.

Good keyboard response ; Nice screen display ; Embedded webcam ; Volume wheel, rather than buttons

Average performance

The M200 PSMC3A-04P008 managed a healthy enough one hour and thirty six minutes in our DVD playback test, with screen brightness at full and all other power saving measures switched off. For basic productivity work you could certainly expect more...
