Toshiba Satellite P845-S4200

 

With its handsome chassis, solid battery life, and low price, the Toshiba Satellite P845-S4200 is a solid choice for users looking to save a buck without having to settle for a bare-bones laptop.

Handsome design. Affordable. Three USB 3.0 ports. Wireless Display. Long battery life.

Lots of bloatware. Shallow travel on keyboard. Keyboard isn't backlit.

Affordable Touchscreen. Throwing in a touch-enabled display on an otherwise standard notebook is becoming common due in part to the touch-focused nature of Windows 8. Is this inexpensive 14-inch touchscreen Satellite a blast to use?

Attractive aluminium case, Good CPU performance, Sensitive touchscreen, Large touchpad, Decent speakers, HDD and RAM easily accessible, The aluminum chassis, glossy edge-to-edge display, and bumpy texture all give the P845T a more appealing appearance...

Lid sensitive to pressure, Keyboard with soft touch and short travel, Rather slow system performance, Graphics performance reduced while running on battery, Some ports not ideally placed for right-handers, Glossy screen should be brighter for outdoor...
