Well-made if plain-looking, nice keyboard. Still in process of changeover from old laptop, so comments are not based on detailed use. Have changed HDD to SSD. So far, the laptop seems a good buy.

Speakers are poor; fine on headphones.

It's a great performing computer with a clear display.

Its too light for me and feels flimsy compared to my previous laptops. It was given as an insurance replacement. I wouldn't have chosen this model myself on that basis. Its too plastic for me but that's my personal preference rather than a fault.
