Review Toshiba Satellite Pro L770-116 Notebook

Pragmatic. An office machine or a chunk of plastic? The Satellite Pro fuses consumer graphics with Core i5 power and an 8 GB RAM. A matt, manageable WXGA++ screen tops it off. Is it the perfect combination of entertainment and work?

Matt TFT in WXGA++, Graphics for gaming entry, Good application performance, Fast hard disk, Resistant surfaces, Acceptable battery runtimes, Low temperatures, Sensible hardware tools, Resistant surfaces, tight fitting keys and manageable resolution

Plastic looks & feel, Spongy hinges, Low contrast/viewing angles, Clattery mouse keys, Treble-heavy speakers, CPU throttling @ GPU load, Low clocked GT 525M, More accurate keys, quiet mouse keys and connections on the rear. Better colors and viewing...

Toshiba Satellite Pro L770 review

Great value if you're looking for a large laptop, but not so great for anyone wanting to travel with one

Satellite Pro L770-11F

good, fast processor. Nice, bright screen. I like having the numeric pad. Keyboard is good for typing

Only 3 USB ports and ports in the wrong place, near the front of the laptop and so when you open the DVD drawer the cables from anything plugged in gets in the way. Not the prettiest of machines
