Toshiba Satellite U925T-S2120

Although it has all the ingredients for a good ultrabook or tablet, the Toshiba Satellite U925T-S2120 misses the mark by trying to be both.

Thin and portable. Agile Intel Core i5-3337U processor. Built-in IPS panel. Solid battery life. Adjustable display angle.

128 GB drive. Cramped keyboard and touchpad. Tablet feels unwieldy. Exposed hinge on the system's rear is an eyesore.

Toshiba Satellite U925T-S2120 Review and Ratings

We loved the versatility of the slide-up screen, but in the end this convertible turned out to be a little too heavy as a tablet and prey to minor flaws as a laptop. It's still worth a look, though, for anyone seeking a touch-screen ultrabook.

Elegant design ; Easy to hold and transport ; Responsive touch display

Overly stiff touch pad ; Glare-prone, low-res screen ; Awkward MicroSD card slot location

We already spoiled the surprise here: At almost five and a half hours, the U925T-S2120 outlasted its rivals in our video-playback death march. The Dell XPS 12 and Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 13 were competitive; the Sony VAIO Duo 11 trailed the field:

Before buying this laptop, I've read reviews about the keyboard and mouse track being "too small" and I was worried about that too but I didn't need to worry because my hands are small. I've also read about the screen resolution being poor but to me,...

Good computer/ tablet... Just some glitches.

I got this computer because of how light it is. I also got it because I can get the majority of my college text books on here. One thing that I came into is that I pressed the power button, and the screen would not light up at all. One thing that the...

Sweet Win 8 64bit Tablet/Laptop Hybrid

I am very impressed by this product. Yes, it is a little larger than tablets typically run, but it is a nice compromise for its combined tablet/laptop use. The screen looks great. The tablet runs fast. I also found an app online that lets me emulate my...
