Don't buy refubrished one, just buy a new one, the laptop is great.

A fairly great laptop for its spec

Bought refurbished one, speaker doesn't work, touch pad not responding most of the time ; I think it doesn't worth buying a refurbished one. always comes with some issues

Avoid NewEgg. Period.

 

Asus was helpful and it seems that their products are high quality. NewEgg has severely misrepresented Asus by sending me such a horrible product. Just order from Asus, do not trust NewEgg as they are a 3rd party (and frankly awful) seller.

Good laptop when it actually functions

Everything. This is not Asus' fault. NewEgg shipped me a laptop that doesn't work and will not refund, only replace. Now i have to ship it back and they won't ship a new one until they receive it. If the 2nd one works it will be 2to 3 weeks after...

Hey, Newegg is nice enough, though, and it's ASUS, so their customer service is pretty good.

The computer itself (mostly) works well

EVERY other component of this is bad. The touchscreen does not have multitouch, but is so sensitive that you will never successfully type anything without moving your cursor. Ever. The speakers are so quiet as to be useless. The frame of the screen is...

I'm a road warrior and usually for ultra portables you end up sacrificing power, battery life or lots of additional accessories, i.e. external DVD.
