Great specs, terrible display.

 

You get good specs for a fair price, if you are willing to sacrifice display quality, which I'm definetly not. I'd rather update my old vaio z with an ssd, than continue using the 2011 vaio s.

Full blown sandybridge intel processor, switchable graphics, good battery life, usb 3.0

Only one year service for a very expensive laptop.

Very lightweight ; Balances performance and battery life with hybrid graphics ; Solid keyboard ; Sleek design

Atrocious webcam - in low light everything has a blue tinge and it is virtually monochrome. Even in good light skin tones become orange ; Multitouch capable touch-pad cannot do two finger scrolling - one of the most useful gestures around. Instead one...
