12-24mm f/4.5-5.6 EX DG ASPHERICAL (CANON AF)

Very wide angle indeed. Distortionless which is amazing. Colour and sharpness very good, especially for the price, though not quite an L-class lens but the closest I've see to one at this price point. Nice finish to the product.

The zoom ring is incredibly stiff. Not possible to use a filter at the front of the lens, but given wide angle nature of this lens it's understandable.

Ultra wide lens which is reasonably sharp and works full frame cameras. Focusing is fast and quiet.

The ergonomics of the lens cap aren't great.

Excellent build, nice balance when fitted, angle of view

Very limited with filters due to shape and size of front element. Difficult to use polarizer of grad in gel filter holder at rear element
