I got this lens for my GF1 and it is simple as plug n play, the lens is very well build and very compact. I use it on my GF1 all the time, unfortunately there is no zoom but this is the same as the Panasonic LUMIX G 20mm Kit f/1.7, at 1/2 of the price...
