Canon 2044B002

You can use this from a few meters away to get macro type shots of insects and such. Not quite as good but it's an added perk I didn't expect.

Awesome lens for the money. If you're new to photography or don't have a huge budget this is a great zoom lens

It's not an L but for this price range you can't go wrong

Disapointed

The information stated that if used with an eos cannon the zoom would be 85 t0 400mm and it is not I should have gottin the 75 to 350 for a $150.00 half the price and better zoom.

Fantastic Deal

I own a 9 year old D SLR. I treated myself to a new one and upgraded my telephoto lens. This lens is physically smaller in mm diameter than my 135 lens. It is the same length and only 1/2 oz heaver. Great lens. It has stability control. Price /...

Very nice lens!

I ordered this lens for my Canon Rebel T3 after waiting a long time for the price to get in my range. It's a fine lens for sure! Yeah I know it has a plastic ring, but hey- I cannot afford to buy the other brands that use a metal ring. Why Canon...

So far the only con and it's not that big a deal unless your really using your camera professionally is the base ring is plastic and why Canon chose to cheap out on that- I don't understand

LOVE LOVE LOVE

this with the 50mm f/1.8 you dont really need any more lenses to take gorgeous pictures. they are both realtivly inexpensive, and they are super fast. You will love the images that come out of this lens

Love this lens

Just picked this up a few weeks ago along with my new external flash. Zooms far and taken about a 1000 pictures so far with it. Holding up so far so I can't complain about anything just yet!

Cheap (compared to those other lenses), IS, zoom is pretty darn far

None so far

Totally Awesome!!

I've been in the market for a zoom lens for about a year. My daughter gave me the Canon EOS camera and I love to take photos of deer, elk, moose, etc. I found the perfect lens here!! When it arrived, I read the manual and it said that after a recent...

Wonderful Lens!

I bought this as an add-on to my new Canon Rebel and the first thing I did was run out to the garden and photograph the most beautiful close up of a grasshopper. I was stunned at the quality and beauty of the shot. I am extremely happy that I decided...

Fast, capable, accurate lens.

I always carry a P&S camera with a fast f/1.8 lens and 3X zoom. But, for more distant subjects I use the Canon 55-250mm on a Canon T3i camera - and it does a great job.

Consistent Output ; Durable ; Easily Interchangeable ; Fast / accurate auto-focus ; Lightweight
