Very nice lens!

 

I ordered this lens for my Canon Rebel T3 after waiting a long time for the price to get in my range. It's a fine lens for sure! Yeah I know it has a plastic ring, but hey- I cannot afford to buy the other brands that use a metal ring. Why Canon...

So far the only con and it's not that big a deal unless your really using your camera professionally is the base ring is plastic and why Canon chose to cheap out on that- I don't understand

Easy off and on but secure on the camera. I get well focused pictures with ease. I've had my camera bag fall over with this lens in it and had no damage. I'm very happy with this lens.

So far no problem. Easy to use and set up. I had great seats where the distance was perfect to be watching my son with school band. Lost the seats and are now further back in stands. Could use a longer range focus lenght. Something to check out before...

not bad but quality diminishes at max range

 

not bad for the money but clarity is still grainy at max range. Good for personal/recreational shooting.
