Cant really complain about anything at this price, but it works perfectly on my d5000 kit lens which isnt the sharpest to start with.

I don't have much experience with filters so couldn't really compare this to any other brand etc. What I do know is that it performs the task I want it to, which is, to enable me to shoot at wide apertures on bright days or in the studio with a 50mm lens.
