Megazoom, The Sigma 50 to 500mm f4 to 6.3 APO Tele Zoom Lens

Sigma 50-150mm f/2.8 APO DC HSM EX

The Sigma 50-150mm f/2.8 APO DC HSM EX fills a gap left in telephoto zoom lengths by the crop factor of D-SLRs. With a fast maximum aperture of f/2.8 and an effective focal length of 75-225mm (on camera) this digital only lens is one to watch.

1 lens for all

This was my first sigma lens and I am very happy with it. The range is astonishing, and I mainly use it for motorsport photography allowing me to only carry this and a wide angle zoom to cover every task of a weekend. It is sharp with good contrast,...

My First sigma and I'm impressed

Initially i was dissapointed with the lens as it had a severe back focus problem when used with nikon flashguns. After passing this information onto sigma they released a s/w patch within a couple of weeks. Pretty impressive in itself. Therefore now...
