Sony E 16mm F2.8 Pancake

Small, innovative designs that are still comfortable to hold ; High resolution sensor with excellent High ISO performance (in PASM modes) ; Good JPEG output quality ; Great build quality (particularly NEX-5) ; Metal barrelled lenses feel impressive...

High ISO capability (a major advantage of its large sensor) unavailable in iAuto mode ; Constant overexposure of images wastes highlight capabilities (and no exposure compensation to correct it in iAuto mode) ; Consumes battery quickly if you use the...

The NEX-5 is a dramatic and original approach to camera design, offering some of the best image quality its class in a tiny, sleek body. It's not perfect as a camera to just point-and-shoot but in the hands of someone willing to take a little control...

One I Just Had to Have

In my old Minolta MC/MD days, I had the Minolta incarnation of this lens and loved it. Granted in many ways it's a creative toy sort of lens, but I still find myself using it even at inappropriate times ("Hang on. Just let me grab a quick shot of this...

There is no substitute. Period

Odd lens cover/bag arangement

Worth the money.

I use this lens with my A900 and it works perfectly. Fantastic shots possilbe. Rapid focus. Decent corner quality. Very hard not to get your fingers and feet into the picture. Hilareous close ups. Once you've run the image through curvature correction...

Superb lens all around

Stupid lens cap bag thing

Sony's Fisheye

This is a super high quality lens. But unless you have one of Sony's high end DSLR camera"s you won't get the true fisheye look that you want. It will only be a 110 degree picture. Not the full 180 that a fisheye should be. I looked on line at the Sony...

Super high quality

It only works properly on a full frame size dslr

This lens is expensive, but, is well worth the price. I bought it for my A380, but have also used it on my old A100.

Sony E 16-50mm f/3.5-5.6 PZ OSS SELP1650 review by Perry Rhodan

Incredibly tiny and still rather good IQ. THE walk around lens for now. Still hoping for an F4 version for 600.

Small package. Light. Cheap but good IQ with the NEX 6

Not much for this price

Beauty and The Beast!

I casually take pictures and it's one of the best mirroless camera in the market. You won't regret if you get this one.
