When I was selling camera gear one of the most common complaints I heard from customers was that their lens wasn't sharp. It wasn't poor optics that was giving them blurry pictures, the blur was caused by their not being able to hold the camera still...

I did have some intermittent trouble with auto-focus on the Nikon D3 I had in for review but on my Nikon D100, the lens performed perfectly. Zooming in and out was done with a quick twist of the wrist, great for getting in tight on the action. AF speed...

Great Lens!

 

This is my second Tamron 28-300 lens. the first one is on my Canon EOS 20D and when I upgraded to the Canon 60D I purchased another one. I love not having to switch lens' and they both work great!
