Great, works as stated, Parental controls

Easy to setup, Parental controls are great and there is a kids Netflix area!! The voice search was great and movies pulled up with ease.

Ease of use & parental controls

Number of free movie/shows

Great product - super easy to install and works like a charm. Everything you need at a great price point. Very easy to use because my dad is not very electronic savvy but he uses it with ease and brags about it to all the neighbors.

Can't beat the price for what you get inside

This product is a good value for the money.

I choose this as Amazon is just getting into streaming and I am hoping that they will up their free content with being a prime member. It does allow you to access Net Flix, Hulu Plus and some other streaming sites.

The voice recognition is nice, as is the compactness of the box

Instructions are to vague, no information included about a warranty

It's great! But..

The only issue with this device is the apps and lack of working support information. Netflix needs to be deleted and installed again at least once a month. No HBOGO and no Vudu apps yet either which is a bummer. But it is really fast and overall a good...

simple and quick to set up

We have enjoyed the amazon fire TV. Being a prime member on amazon is only minimally helpful. You can get lots of choices without it.

An okay choice, but needs more options

The device works really well--it was incredibly easy to set up, it's fast, and its simple to use. My only complaint at this time is that it doesn't have all the apps I was hoping for. It doesn't have HBO Go, for example. I'd also like it work better...

Really easy to use

Lacks some features

It's ok

The Amazon Fire device is ok. It's very fast, but there are some things I'm not crazy about.1- It doesn't have an app yet and there is absolutely no information about when it might be available either from amazon or MLB.2- I wish there were a...

Doesn't have MLB.TV app

Does what it says

I picked this over the Roku primarily for the voice control and claims of more apps. I find the apps lacking - there are a lot of them, but a lot of them are junk. About the only thing I'm frustrated with is the fact you can't easily stream music from...

Easy to use / learn

Few apps, can't easily stream from phone to Fire TV

I prefer my Roku

The Amazon Fire has more sizzle than steak. First off, that commercial featuring Gary Busey is far past being annoying, it was one of the reasons I held off buying the Fire. The much heralded voice search feature would be better suited if it worked for...

Very responsive remote control

Roku has far more channel options

We love this device...

We love this device. We have had apple tv and Roku previously but this is by far the easiest interface to ease and the easiest set up...The amount of programming through amazon prime is also excellent and i highly recommend this.

Ease of use and ease to set up

It is a little expensive
