The worst of them all

Don't buy it.

There are no good qualities

It has a super clunky interface, it reminded me of playing vintage atari. You can only access music a folder at a time, no playlist. Randomly crashes. I would not recommend it to anyone. Mine will be returned asap

Wireless Connection is terrible!

Save up a bit more money a buy a netbook instead. I will be sending mine back to the retailer.

It sounds like a good idea and it was relatively inexpense

Even with the latest firmware installed the wireless connection is terrible. It takes a long time to connect and only stays connected for a few seconds

Fine for photos, wireless works, NOT good for streaming

Bottom line is I'm very disappointed and will probably return it.

1. Interface reasonably intuitive ; 2. Fine for displaying photos from attached cards and devices ; 3. Reasonably priced

1. Almost useless for streaming Internet content ; 2. Impossibly slow wireless performance on my fast network

Beats Competition squarely

After having and returning a WD TV Live, I love ths Asus. It connects every time to my home network, it plays every single media codec and container type and it has DVD menues and chapter support. It works perfectly with playon, tversity and twonky as...

Plays all file types, has menu/Chapter support, no network problems

less hyped than inferior WDTVLIVE

Asus O! Play Air

Supports a wide range of formats

Good looks, built-in Wi-Fi, e-SATA, memory card reader, file copy (devices & network), simple & good looking menu

No component, odd placement of playback keys on remote, heats up
